Eligibility for Refunds
To qualify for a refund, items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. For hygiene reasons, opened headphones and certain keyboard accessories may be subject to inspection.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Software or digital downloads
- Gift cards
- Items marked as "final sale" or "clearance"
- Products damaged due to misuse or unauthorized modifications
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA number may be rejected.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error or defective products.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
