Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms or from the sale of products shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim. 4. Refund Policy

VellumScope is committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of mice, keyboards, or headphones, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Products must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories, packaging, and documentation. Items that have been damaged due to misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for a refund.
  • Process: To initiate a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the error is on our part.
  • Refund Amount: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. The refund will include the product price and applicable taxes, but original shipping charges are non-refundable. For defective or incorrect items, we will also refund return shipping costs.
  • Exceptions: Certain products, such as clearance items or personalized goods, may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for return. Please check the product page for specific details or contact us for clarification.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
